2. Service Description
- We sell digital tokens and credits that may be redeemed for services offered on the site.
- All service delivery is provided on a best-effort basis and is subject to third-party platform limitations, cooldowns, service availability, and API changes.
- We are not affiliated with Valve, Steam, or any third-party platform provider.
3. Payment and Binding Purchase
- All purchases are binding once payment is confirmed.
- Digital tokens, credits, and services are generally non-refundable once delivery has commenced or once the purchased content is made available.
- Refunds are only available as required by mandatory law or at our sole discretion under the separate refund policy.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate information, including Steam IDs, profile identifiers, targets, and order details.
- You are responsible for any errors caused by incorrect input. Incorrect data may lead to delivery to the wrong target, and we are not liable for such mistakes.
- You must not share, sell, or otherwise transfer token credits except as permitted by the service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- No fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, reverse engineering, reselling scams, or service disruption attempts.
- No use that violates applicable law or third-party platform terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, block accounts, and cancel orders for suspected abuse or fraud.
6. Availability and Disruption
- Services may be modified, restricted, delayed, or suspended for security, risk, maintenance, or third-party availability reasons.
- Temporary disruptions do not automatically create a right to a refund unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
- Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
8. Refunds and Chargebacks
- Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension and other corrective measures.
- Chargebacks that occur after service delivery may be defended with logs and evidence of fulfillment.
- Any refunds granted are discretionary and subject to the terms of the refund policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law, while mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s jurisdiction remain applicable.
10. Changes
